A Landry on Each Cornerstone
The photo shows four of the Landry family members who visited
Village Pierre Landry recently, each standing on one of the cornerstones
of an original Acadian farmhouse. The group was visiting the Bremner farm
in Castle Frederick in preparation for the Landry/Martin family reunion.
This area, which included Windsor and part of West Hants, was known to Acadians as Pisiquid
and was in the Sainte-Famille parish.
