Hants County students promote the Bay of Fundy on Mount Kilimanjaro

It is no surprise that 17 determined Hants County students would conquer the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro. The students, from King’s-Edgehill School in Windsor, were well prepared, having followed a rigorous training program before leaving Canada. But who would have expected them to unfurl a votemyfundy.com banner at the summit? Both the Bay of Fundy and Mount Kilimanjaro are finalists in the New7Wonders of Nature campaign.
