Job Resource Centre 

Since 1994, the Job Resource Centre has helped meet the employment needs of the citizens of West Hants. Each year over 10,000 visits are made by job seekers and entrepreneurs, resulting in an average of 300 jobs found and 35 businesses started per year.

FutureWorx Job Search Centre 

Offers job search assistance to the residents of East Hants and surrounding area. The centre has also been instrumental in the development of additional enhanced employment services and initiatives that are structured to assist individuals seeking employment. The centre is a great success and it continues to grow and to expand its services. Several initiatives connected with the Centre include: Career/Job Fairs, YouthWorx, Job Creation Partnerships as well as the Youth Information Officers initiatives.

Career Starts is an employment program that offers valuable assignments, projects, and skill development within the Nova Scotia government.
