This website (www.hantscounty.com) is owned and operated by Hants Regional Development Authority (Hants RDA) with all rights reserved. Unless expressly permitted by the provider of such material, this website and any material obtained from this site may not be reproduced, stored in an electronic retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means physical, electronic or otherwise. The Hants RDA has no liability for any content whatsoever on or related to this website, except as set forth in the following terms and conditions:

1. Rules. While visiting the hantscounty.com site, you may not: post, transmit or otherwise distribute information constituting or encouraging conduct that would represent a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise use the site in a manner which is contrary to law or would serve to restrict or inhibit any other user from using or enjoying the hantscounty.com site or the Internet; post or transmit any information or software which contains a virus, cancelbot, trojan horse, worm or other harmful or disruptive component; upload, post, publish, transmit, reproduce, or distribute in any way, information, software or other material obtained through the hantscounty.com site which is protected by copyright, or other intellectual property right, or derivative works with respect thereto, without obtaining permission of the copyright owner or rightholder.

9. Trademarks. 10. Territory. The hantscounty.com site originates in Canada.

13. Revisions. The Hants RDA may at any time revise these terms and conditions by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current terms and conditions to which you are bound.

14. Miscellaneous: This Agreement, including any and all documents referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between the Hants RDA and you pertaining to the subject matter hereof. The Hants RDA's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provisions or right. If any of the provisions contained in this Agreement is determined to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the remaining provisions contained herein. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein
